Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

• All ride bookings must be made through our online reservation system. 
• A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. 
• All airport trips (DTW, YIP, PTK) require a $50 deposit, which will be applied toward the final fare. 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. 
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 
• No-shows will be charged the full fare. 

3. Ride Policies

• Our fares are based on Zone-to-Zone pricing and calculated from Redford, MI - Pickup - Drop-off - Return to Redford. 
• Additional wait time fees may apply if the driver must wait beyond the scheduled pickup time. 
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in additional charges. 

4. Airport Transfers

• Airport rides (DTW, YIP, PTK) have a $50 minimum fare and require a $50 deposit at booking. 
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details for timely pickup. 
• Our drivers monitor flight status, but delays beyond 2 hours may require rescheduling and an additional fee. 

5. Liability and Safety

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. 
• Passengers must comply with local laws and driver instructions for a safe ride experience. 
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
